Cred Buddha, a Digital Fintech Marketplace, partners with RBI-approved lenders to facilitate their lending services. We help users connect with these lenders to access various financial products, including loans and credit cards. A. With Lending Partners:

We share your personal information with our RBI-approved lenders to process your application. This sharing occurs only after we have obtained your explicit consent for the collection and processing of this information as described in this clause.

B. Marketing and Promotional Purposes:

When you register on the Platform, you provide your mobile number and email address for OTP verification. By registering, you authorize Cred Buddha (including its RBI-approved lenders and affiliates) to send you text messages and email alerts regarding your login details, service updates, and promotional offers, even if you are subscribed to DND, DNC, or NCPR services. C. Disclosure to Third Parties:

We do not share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes that conflict with this Policy. However, we may disclose your information to our RBI-approved lenders, affiliates, employees, and service providers as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
